1.the control system is composed of the service driver, frequency converter, programmable controller (PLC), "10.1" TFT HD touch screen. With fault inquiry, sound and light alarm display, data encryption independent adjustable and other functions. Temperature control with PID intelligent block temperature control, high performance long life stainless steel electric heat pipe hot air circulation heating, safe and reliable. The main interface dynamic display, fault display, alarm query function, all digital setting, temperature sub-partition control, equipped with a number of observation Windows, can check the quality problems of products in the strengthening process at any time.

2.the transmission part adopts two-way chain transmission, frequency conversion stepless speed regulation; Cleaning lifting part of the triangle plate installation of three sprockets and chain skillfully combined to form the up and down lifting mode, inching, cutting water elevator using variable frequency stepless speed regulation; Lens cleaning after multi-groove ultrasonic cleaning, automatic drying, cooling transfer to the strengthening tank, drying and curing to complete the product strengthening process; The enhanced lifting adopts servo motor to control the multi-stage slow pulling up of the lifting module. Two independent strengthening tanks can be strengthened after IPA, or strengthen two different materials (one tank puts PC strong liquid, the other tank puts PMMA strong liquid), the system freely switches the strengthening tank, the cleaning adopts circulation filtration heating device, independent circulation filtration tank. No need to frequently change the water source and filtration system, energy saving and environmental protection.

3.the strengthening line can strengthen AC, PC two different materials of the lens, the line does not contain curing oven part, the product needs to be dried and cured after the line, can be thermal curing or UV light solidification, easy to use to adapt to different hardening liquid.
