1.Durability

The compressor used in the chiller is a full-closed one imported and famous. It has advantages such as low noise, slight vibration, high efficiency and less energy consumption. All control parts are imported and famous ones. The heat exchanger uses shell and tube type condenser, achieving high heat efficiency and making it easy to clean and maintain.

2. Energy Efficiency and Economy 

The digital electronic thermostat can control the temperature of the cold water between +3℃ ~ 50℃ with precision, thus maintaining the proper operation of the unit. It guarantees energy efficiency. The assembly of internal wiring of all units, filling of refrigerants and the debugging of units are all completed in the factory.

3. Safe Operation

I ts body i s equipped with star t delay protection device for compressor, protector against overload current, high- and low-voltage protectors, fuse plug, and electronic time protective safety valve to ensure the normal operation of units.

4. Equipment in the Unit

There is a stainless steel circulation water tank and an imported water pump. Units over 10P can choose double-circuit for refrigeration. During the working time, once one fault occurs in one circuit, the other circuit can operate normally, thus ensuring the normal production procedure. The air cooled series do not need to be equipped with cooling water pump and water tower. They are easier to install and suitable to be used when the production site is in shortage.

5. Energy Storage Water Tank

The standard and configured tank is of stainless steel and enjoys advantages such as large capacity, anti-scaling and good thermal insulation performance. It can supply and overflow automatically. The water tanks for choosing could be customized into two types of water tanks according to the needs of customers. A buffer tank can be provided and designed as customers request to ensure the proper and good operation of the system better.

6.  Condenser

The air cooled condenser uses imported fan with large airflow with axial flow design. The imported and abstract hot air fan has significant heat exchange effects. When the fan with super-low noise and the highly efficient motor work together, the airflow is quite strong, and the vibration is slight. When protective railings are installed outside, good heat dissipation effect can be achieved. The fan is made of hard aluminum alloy with high strength. The blades of fan are formed through one punching and have received and passed strict static and dynamic equilibrium inspections. Their qualities are superior to that of other blades.
