1, Equipment Introduction 1, DISK Coating Work Principle

Ω automatic spray  paint adopts  high-voltage electrostatic  DISK-type automatic spraying  machine,  pneumatic  motor  is applied with Taiwan’s double turbine rolling bearing type, when air pressure is 3. 5 ~ 5 kg, the maximum no -load speed of spray disk is n =40000r/ min and the maximum load speed is n =25000r/ min. Disk-diameter is 170mm, with high spraying efficiency, elevator adopts the one with microcomputer automatic principle, and its control system adopts LCD touch screen input, microcomputer programming, and complete screen operating platform. The lifting of elevator is controlled by the frequency converter. The airbrush has 0 . 5 - 3M stroke (could be customized) which can be conveniently adjusted and set by user according to the length of work piece. The paint supply can be displayed by quantity, with easy operation, quick exchange and reliable quality.

2, Process Flow

Manual feeding→ spray cleaning→ ultrasonic cleaning→ spray rinsing→ air bubble fine cleaning→ automatic drying(2 times)→ water drying→Ω -automatic spray-painting→manual re -painting→paint drying→manual material preparation.

A. Cleaning adopts spray-cleaning with wave transmission automatic submerge -type, a total of four times cleaning, namely: spraying-filtration

-heating cleaning, ultrasonic -heating-cleaning, clean water spraying cleaning, hot water bubble immersion cleaning and others. All cleaning tank adopts double - layer insulation structure design; packed with 304 stainless steel, The upper part of cleaning tank adopts stainless steel full-closed structure type. The glass door and observation window are  installed at the  both sides; spraying adopts the stainless steel  nozzle, the stainless steel centrifugal pump has the pressurized circulation filtration and heating function, the liquid storage tank has overflow port, in order to ensure that the grease and ash on the product can be cleaned.
